Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and charges apply for orders placed on the Ship It platform.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before pickup without any cancellation charges.
  • If an order is cancelled after pickup, cancellation charges may apply.
  • Ship It reserves the right to cancel an order due to safety concerns, service unavailability, or policy violations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before pickup
  • No driver assigned within a reasonable time
  • Service failure attributable to Ship It

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Incorrect pickup or delivery details provided by the customer
  • Customer unavailability at pickup or delivery location
  • Delivery delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure
  • Orders involving prohibited or restricted items

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, eligible refunds will be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or wallet credit after verification.

6. Disputes & Support

Any refund-related disputes must be reported within 48 hours of order completion. Ship It reserves the right to verify claims before issuing any refund.

7. Policy Updates

Ship It may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the revised policy.
