This Driver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ship It ("Company") and the registered driver ("Driver") using the Ship It platform.
The Driver acknowledges that they are an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of Ship It.
The Driver agrees to provide pickup and delivery services as requested through the Ship It mobile application.
The Driver agrees to maintain professional behavior with customers, merchants, and Ship It staff at all times.
Drivers will be paid per completed order as per rates displayed in the app. Payments are subject to deductions, commissions, or penalties if applicable.
Ship It may suspend or terminate the Driver account for violation of policies, poor performance, or legal non-compliance.
Ship It is not responsible for accidents, fines, or legal issues arising during delivery. Drivers operate at their own risk.
Drivers must keep all customer and company data confidential.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
By registering and accepting orders on the Ship It platform, the Driver agrees to this Agreement.
